Jelenleg a hazai piacra szállítunk, de hiszünk benne, hogy eljött az ideje, hogy felkeressük a lehetséges exportpiacokat is, így céljaink között szerepel a külföldi terjeszkedés. A hatásfokozók jelentősége a biotermesztésben használt gombaölő szerek esetében

Az ökoszemléletű növénytermesztés (biotermelés) növényvédelmének egyik lényeges eleme, hogy a növények baktériumos vagy gombás megbetegedése ellen csak olyan gombaölő szer használható aminek hatóanyaga természetes eredetű anyag, vagy annak valamilyen sója. Ilyen természetes eredetű anyagok a kén vagy a réz, illetve a réznek a szulfát, hidroxid, oxid, oxiklorid vegyülete. A fenti elemeket tartalmazó környezetkímélő szerek széles hatásspektrumúak, hatástartamuk viszonylag hosszú. A készítmények hatástartama, illetve hatékonysága meghosszabbítható, illetve megnövelhető, ha a fenti elemeket tartalmazó növényvédő szereket különféle hatásfokozókkal, ún. adjuvánsokkal keverjük. Ilyen hatásfokozók lehetnek a különféle ásványi eredetű, illetve növényi olajok.

Az általunk kifejlesztett és forgalmazott kéntartalmú Oleo-Szulfur SC a rézhidroxid tartalmú Vegesol R SC, illetve a rézhidroxid+kén tartalmú Vegesol eReS SC gombaölő készítmények hatásfokozóként növényi olajat tartalmaznak. A növényi olaj egyrészt oldja a levélfelszín viaszrétegét, így az oldott viaszrétegbe beágyazódik a kén-, vagy réz- hatóanyag szemcséje. Ez – a viaszrétegbe történő beágyazódás – javítja a készítmények esőállóságát. A növényi olaj továbbá vékony filmréteget képez a permetezett felületen, bevonva a hatóanyag szemcsét, így lassítva annak bomlását és ezáltal növelve a védőhatás időtartamát. Az előzőekben felsorolt gombaölő készítmények a növényi olajon túl tartalmaznak növényi lecitint is. A lecitin gátolja a gombák szaporodását, illetve mérsékli a levelek öregedését, így segíti az alkalmazott hatóanyagok kórokozók elleni hatékonyságát. A növényi eredetű hatásfokozók használatának további előnye, hogy kisebb hektáronkénti hatóanyag mennyiség felhasználásával érhető el azonos biológiai hatékonyság, mint amikor "hagyományos" összetételű kén vagy réztartalmú gombaölő szereket használunk növényeink megvédésére. Fontos ez pl. a biobor előállítók, vagy a spárgatermelők esetében, ahol egyes országokban meghatározott az egy vegetációs időszakban hektáronként felhasznált fémréz mennyisége.

A BVN termékeit, akárcsak más növényvédő szereket az engedélyező hatóság rendkívül szigorú környezeti kockázatbecsléssel értékelte és engedélyezte. Néhány termékünk még az ökológiai termesztésben is felhasználható! Szabadalmaztatott filmképző technológiánk közreműködésével elértük, hogy kevesebb hatóanyaggal ugyanolyan biológiai hatást érjünk el, mint versenytársaink. Kevesebb hatóanyag – kisebb környezetterhelés.

Cégünk szabadalma az adjuvánsok által várt kedvező tulajdonságokat mind egyesíti, és egyúttal kiemelkedik a többi adalékanyag közül, hiszen a legfontosabb jellemzője, hogy oxidatív körülmények között (tehát minden esetben) térhálós szerkezetet képez a kipermetezést követően. Az általunk alkalmazott adjuváns, a linolsavas napraforgóolaj polimerizációs képessége egyedivé teszi az adalékanyagok között. A speciális térhálós szerkezetnek köszönhetően a permetezést követő csapadék, harmat, öntözés nyomán nem lép újra oldatba. Ezek a csapadékformák tehát nem tudják azonnal lemosni a növény felületéről az adjuváns által képzett filmréteget, és az abban oldott hatóanyagot sem. A kontakt rovar- és gombaölő hatóanyagoknak, megítélésünk szerint éppen erre van szüksége a maximális hatékonyság eléréséhez.
